On Friday, October 18th at 7 PM ET we gathered for deep dive ceremony in the southwest end of Toronto to honour this Aries Full Moon as this Libra season comes to a close.

The energy of the Full Moon is at its peak on Thursday, October 17th at around 6:30 AM (ET) and is present for 2-3 days on each side of this point.

This Full Moon Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as with your integration, and I am honoured to serve you in this way.

This moon ritual includes cacao ceremony with sacred plant teacher, Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, discussion about astrology & current themes, 45 minutes of somatic breathwork and an extended sound journey meditation, energy healing/recalibration (using Tao Healing Hands & Reiki), as well as journaling and sharing circle to support integration and connecting with community.
