Host Helen Lee speaks with author, educator and business innovator Sarah McCrum, whom she interviewed and featured in Episode 12 on “Money & Our Relationship with Money”. In this episode, Helen discusses with Sarah about the energy of 2022, the challenges and opportunities it offers. She also confirms with Sarah - as per her insights - that the money system will still continue to shift such that order will be created from the chaos it’s currently in, in spite of the war in Ukraine and the economic sanctions on Russia, and the ensuing global price hikes.

A large part of this second conversation with Sarah is devoted to the subject of liberating humanity. Sarah speaks about “seeing the essence” as one of the keys of freeing people. To Helen, this is essentially about humanity being our Observer Selves, where we can then shift from the fear that our human selves inherently hold to the great Love that our higher Observer Selves comprise.

This Love is the Creative Power that Helen often speaks of in her various podcast episodes. Helen also always refers to this Love as the all-powerful "Invincible Love" that is very different from human love.

• As 2021 shifted into 2022, Sarah sensed an incredibly dynamic energy, different from anything that she had ever known in her lifetime. She feels it allows us to learn certain skills now, that will be very useful for the rest of our life. And the central skill is our ability to see the essence of all kinds of challenges, situations and opportunities e.g. an illness, something in business or finance, with absolute neutrality, "deep radical honesty" and no drama. It "kind of changes consciousness."
• We can, for example, use this skill to see the truth of the situation in Ukraine, without taking sides. In so doing, the situation changes, as a result of being seen. This means that ordinary people with extraordinary skills can make a difference, when they may have felt quite powerless before.  It is also evident to Helen that a good many things are possible this year, when they were not at all before, simply because humanity is being totally supported to rise en masse from hereon.  This allows her to be optimistic about our future, provided that we can raise mass consciousness.
• We also need to practise balancing our desire to make a difference with neutrality and non-attachment to the outcome - a key part of the learning that Eckhart Tolle and others have been advocating. This means we put aside our own intentions and agendas, even if it's for peace or the wellbeing of others or our own ("Thy will be done, not mine"). Many groups have been gathering to pray or intend for peace and are not likely to give this up, in this instance. Helen coaches her clients to let go of the desired outcome, after creating an intention and coming into absolute resonance with the desired end result. This employs non-attachment as well, allowing the Creative Power or Higher Intelligence, a great Love to take care of the rest.
• As this skill spreads and progresses, it's also important to learn to be within the different dynamics that it allows. When the very essence of something is revealed, the change of perspective can be unnerving due to the speed of the change. It is good to sit with the change and allow a solution or clarity to come to you, as it will.  Helen explains that the change is quantum rather than linear, and we are being progressively shifted from linear thinking to quantum thinking (viewing and functioning).
• With so much change, learning and awakening coming at such a pace, some people try to resist it and this can be incredibly unsettling. Sarah teaches ‘alert neutrality’, an awake and present but neutral position that allows the individual to experience without being unnerved.
• This is also something that most spiritual teachers and coaches teach or coach but each in their own different way. Sarah is a great teacher and has her own special way of doing so, learnt through first-hand experiences and years of energy training with Chinese masters.  While Helen does so primarily through her own first-hand experiences - including many incredible mystical experiences, some of which she calls "direct training by Spirit" - and 3 decades of coaching others plus training with some of the world's top international masters and gurus.  
• A lot of trauma may be created by the upcoming challenges. We will be pulled out of the sleepiness we've been in, to examine important matters that we have previously been apathetic about. People are pushed to look for answers, different from those that have been provided by our standard education. Sarah is now teaching, for the first time, "The Skills of Liberation." Sarah also mentioned our being in our individual power this year to contribute to peace or whatever else that will shape our world. And Helen has expounded on this at great length in many episodes of this podcast which was created to support people to transform and thrive by being in their power and returning to their powerful, wise and loving True Selves. 
• Helen also successfully coaches others on the art of surrendering, embracing whatever has already happened and being in our higher power to create anew thereafter.  She does so through her own first-hand experiences of embracing challenges, surrendering and creating desired results. She became even more of an Invincibility Catalyst in the last 10 years, after a year of gruelling experiences and expertly draws out the Invincibility and True Greatness from others, as a result of emerging from her own challenges.  We are merely surrendering to the highest aspects of ourselves and she facilitates for her clients to experience these aspects, their Soul and Spirit or Consciousness first hand. Neutrality, higher intelligence and many innate gifts spontaneously emerge and arise with the Soul and Spirit / Consciousness.
• Even though our financial system is currently chaotic, Sarah sees an incremental subtle change within it, one that represents a move towards a higher value system. She hopes the changes coming in the world are gentle and the transition does not come with a lot of trauma. She feels we must ask for grace in the changes. 
• Our systems need to be dismantled and this will create challenges for us but there will be a surfacing of the new. As expressed in many episodes, Helen feels that the current and incoming challenges are both opportunities and gifts, and rather than be afraid of them, we can embrace them and see them as our being supported to massively transform, rise and thrive.  And we can do this together, in support of each other, in fact. Also, Helen would like to assure her listeners that there is a lot of light and grace flooding our planet at this time, and urges everyone to integrate and embody this light and grace to consciously create changes. ‘I think it's important to talk a little bit about the energy of this year, that’s what I was responding to. I made a video about it just after the Chinese New Year because I trained for a long time with Chinese masters so I tend to be tuned into the Chinese years.’ – Sarah
