Over the past year, Adrian Russell has inspired a love for construction of curious kids across Indianapolis.
Founded in early 2021, Russell's Building Camp provides youth with life-changing experiences through using their hands and minds to create, build, and give back. By organizing construction and community leaders, Adrian launched Russell's Building Camp as a way to support his community in a post-pandemic environment and teach anyone who wanted to learn the basics of construction.
This week on The Buyers' Market, Adrian joins us to talk through his story, growing up as an aspiring architect in Indianapolis, and how that journey led him to Shiel Sexton, Russell's Building Camp, and how changing the perception of construction can spark new opportunities for a whole new generation.
