Cynthia to date has done over 10 marathons, including Chicago, Boston, LA, and Miami. She also enjoys making content on running to help motivate runners to start or continue there journey.
Cynthia also discusses some of her favorite running gear, gives tips for new runners including how to enjoy running in the cold.
