Episode 18 – Don’t Overthink! Where’s Your Faith?

There are so many incidents of us Christians who proclaim that we have faith, but don’t behave in such a manner. We say it and we encourage it, but do we practice it? Or, do we become so overwhelmed with things that instead of being full of faith we are full of worry? That may not be any of you so this week I’ll make this a personal episode and focus on me. This week let's discuss how faith [with works|actions] can help eliminate worry and overthinking.  

Here's your Don’t You Worry Your Pretty Little Head Technique. Make sure you do this three times a day: once in the morning, once at bedtime, and the third time where you want to fit it in your day. 

"Inhale peace and exhale worry.

Inhale confidence and exhale doubt.

Inhale faith and exhale fear.

Inhale peace and exhale anxiety.

What I am worrying about and overthinking in this season, God has already worked out in another season."
