Born and raised on the west side of Chicago, Felisia without a doubt took the wings beneath her and fought any and every obstacle she faced and soared liked a lion. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Addictions Counseling and currently in school to obtain her Ph.D., Felisia has worked for over 23 years as a social worker/supervisor helping children return home to their biological families and completing successful adoptions. With a personal vision to help one reach one by allowing people to share their mess to create
a message, Felisia is committed to empowering people to be their best selves.  Felisia is the founder of Destiny Alliance Services, and uses this platform to counsel couples, speak to
young girls and women who are insecure, struggle with depression, low self-esteem, or who have been molested and made to feel inferior. Felisia has a heart for people and has served on many other ministries such as Women Divine, Dope Chic but Holy Chic/Sophia Ruffin Ministries, Wives United in Prayer, and Embracing Your Future.
