Episode 18 is an intentional one, recorded right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Reflection is a given this time of year and I delved in to the 3 lessons I am most grateful for.

• No matter what, always be kind
• Give yourself grace, give yourself space
• Everything happens for a reason

These 3 lessons have and will continue to shape who I am and continue to refine and reveal my purpose in life. And for that, I am grateful.
