This week's episode/pep talk talks about the moments of loneliness after working on yourself. Personal development is one of the best things you can do, but no one seems to really talk about the things you (voluntarily) lose along the way. No longer will you be able to participate in low vibe friendships, or to do things that sacrifice your own peace for others. When we invest in ourselves, we see all the times we SHRANK ourselves to fit in a room with smaller minded people. Two things can be true: you can be deeply thankful for good memories with people, and also be ready to remove them from your life. No one looks back at the end of their life, wishing they'd been more average and tried less. No one! Let that drive you, and lean into the loneliness - trusting that it is actually self-prescribed
solicitude and peace. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
