In this episode I’m taking you on a journey through the conception and delivery of my book baby PS I LOVE ME, which comes out TOMORROW! It’s been a long labour and I have learned so much along the way that I’m buzzing to share with you all!

I was told that I wasn’t good at English and I believed it. It was a massive block for me. The fact that I am now a published author is evidence that we CAN overcome our limiting beliefs and create a life beyond our wildest and most precious dreams. Let me show you how! This episode is interactive, so grab your journal and a pen.

Exercise 1: Tune in to what is happening inside you right now, connect with 5-10 feelings you’re experiencing and let yourself be really present with those feelings.

Exercise 2: Draw 3 timelines on a piece of paper. On the 1st timeline: note down anything in your life that you know is going to happen (birthday etc). On the 2nd timeline: write the things you are manifesting in the next year (new business, new job etc). On the 3rd timeline write your wildest dreams - if you lived in a world that was completely infinite, what would your dreams and desires be?

Exercise 3: What have you been told is not possible for you? Have you internalised any negative beliefs because of this? Have you created a contract with yourself, deciding that you’re not going to do something because a younger version of you was told you couldn’t, and is that still playing out for you as an adult?
