In this show, we have a great conversation with Jim Gibson, Head Coach of Virginia Military Institute. Coach Gibson wrestled at Edinboro University and then started his coaching career at Clarion under Teague Moore and Matt Dernlan. He then went on to Bucknell before becoming a head coach at VMI in 2018. He discusses Edinboro and his underdog approach and fit his mentality from his high school path. He talks about VMI's similarities and differences compared to the service academies  & their great job placement.
