In this episode John and Fritz talk about their journeys to becoming the Co-Founders and Head Brewers of BrickTree Brewing Co., a soon-to-be-opened brewery in Lincolnton, NC. They also talk about how they landed on Lincolnton as the location and the inspiration behind the brewery's name. Listeners will get to hear about the casual, comfortable vibe they plan to create in the "period-specific with a modern twist" space that was originally an old mill (Eureka Mill). They also discuss their many partnerships with local vendors who will provide cider, wine, and food. Regarding food, BrickTree Brewing Co. will have food trucks, and they are partnering with local restaurants (such as Good Wood Pizza and Harvest Moon, among others) so that customers can order food from their phones and have it delivered to the brewery.

BrickTree Brewing Co. is located at 414 E. Water Street in Lincolnton, North Carolina 28092 and is expected to open in late June or early July of 2020.
