Today I was inspired to speak about alcohol. It is an interesting aspect that comes up in our daily life and is a challenge for all of us to get over or encounter and deal with in the right way. It may or may not have it's place, we are not here to judge, hopefully we can encourage some critical thinking and thought provoking to enable us to better empower our minds to really get the best from ourselves.
