Some people will never respect you, no matter what you do. I have recently had several conversations with males, that feel as though they are in power, regardless of whether they are or not. It has made me appreciate what the women before me have done and what those that will come after me will have to do. In this episode, I will be discussing the “survival mode” that we as women are made to work under and the pressures we face simply because of the gender we are.
