In episode 18 of the Platform to Perform Podcast I welcome back my Powerlifting coach from episode 13, Charlie Keen.

In episode 13 we spoke about Powerlifting for the non-powerlifter, as we discussed the differences between identifying with a sport, compared to using strength training to enhance sports performance.
