Episode 18: Mani Niall (formerly Mani Singh Khalsa 1972-1985) was introduced to 3HO at the age of 12 when he attended the wedding of his sister at the Mendocino, CA Solstice.

 

He moved into an ashram at the age of 15 in Sedona, AZ as well as lived in other Ashrams: Cave Creek, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Salem Oregon, Portland, OR and then Los Angeles from 1979-1985. He left 3HO in 1985.

 

Mani has been a baker, private chef, two-time bakery owner/operator and chief cupcake froster, has written four cookbooks, and currently resides in Oakland, CA working as an advisor to small food businesses.
