In Episode 18 Kelli Soika introduces Lynn's stand-in, Gretchen,  who has also lived in cohousing and tells us why she's looking forward to living in cohousing again.

They also introduce Lynn's radio spot on NPR in Houston when she called in to talk about her "pet peeve" to the monthly "Houston Matters Pet Peeve" program. She talks about her pet peeve that we only seem to experience true neighborliness in Houston when we have a disaster.
