It's December, time to complete our planning for next year. Many don't write a business plan because they're afraid of it, thinking it'll take them forever and they don't know what to do. But if you don't plan, you'll most likely not go anywhere! I used to struggle with planning every year, then I developed a very simple one page approach to it which works for me. Make a plan you can and WILL use, and then use it!
