Plot holes inevitably will happen to all writers. It's natural to get caught up in one aspect of your story and accidentally forget about that one character...or continent. The trick is to make sure they are all gone by the time your book hits the press so the readers never have to know they happened at all. I'll tell you how I avoid them. Hint: Always have someone else edit your work. Always.
