Rylie Swanson started working for Rubaroc straight out of university, after graduating with a degree in business. She was initially hired as as a communications assistant with the role of managing the socials, website and other marketing activities. Her past experience in cinematography, web design and digital design, made this a great fit.

As part of her role she spent time on site to capture media and develop training, but seeing how satisfying it was to install, she wanted to try it out for herself. As it turns out, she loved troweling rubber, so now (as long as the weather's good) she spends her days planning the work managing the sites and installing beautiful and very cool rubber surfaces for Rubaroc.
