Episode 18 is an amazing one! I talked with my friend Inyah all about self-doubt. What is it? Where does it come from? What can we do to combat it? We all need to be better at following our hearts and gut instincts. These guiding thoughts that come from within lead us to the most true and beautiful lives. Also- sometimes we will make mistakes. The good thing is that failure will help us learn and grow.
