After weeks of sickness and tech issues, Corm, Coach, and Lana are finally back! This week, Coach shares a moment of personal growth—while the crew also acknowledges some lazy retirement habits. Corm reflects on how he and his longtime friends are all hitting milestone birthdays, leading to some dark comedy about end-of-life plans. 

Then, UVM Men’s Soccer Coach Rob Dow joins the show to talk about the Catamounts' championship-winning season, the standout group of players who made it happen, the parade through Burlington, and Coach’s speech at the team banquet last Saturday. And to close out the episode, the Coach captivates his fellow coach with a special edition of Poetry Corner.
