This months guest is an incredibly inspiring adventurer and extreme athlete who has created a charity project called #Exped5050

This challenge consists of him completing 50 unique 'missions' before he turns 50 (he's 42) and he hopes to raise £50K!

The missions vary from retracing his Grandfather's POW route from capture at Dunkirk to his final POW camp in Poland to conquering his fear of falling, various swims around the world and interacting with 50 different sharks!

Todays guest is Stu Leach, another fine example of an ordinary bloke doing extraordinary things for a great cause!
