We discuss everything from "Where did you grow up?" and what he thought about chickens and a veggie garden, right through to the first time he had to dispatch a chicken. 

HH also talks about the craziness of goat ownership and beekeeping, and how he is now a convert.

 We cover the topic of moving from the little farm to the big farm, and the trials and tribulations that come with this lifestyle. Including the difficult subject of dispatching animals and how that is a huge hurdle in becoming a homesteader. 

 Lucky for the HH he has very strong and independent women in his family, and this made it easier for him to let CJ be the boss of the farm.
