This week, Rae brings us the mysterious and unsolved case of The Freeway Phantom Killer. The Freeway Phantom preyed on young black girls throughout the DC area. These killings were never solved and there was no national outrage. Over 50 years later, there is still much speculation on who was actually the Phantom and why they killed. Strap in people!
