In 2003 we witnessed one of the world's most bizarre and shocking bank robberies. A man by the name of Brian Wells walked into a PNC Bank in Erie Pennsylvania with a collar bomb around his neck and a cane gun in hand demanding $250k. Come to find out that Brian was setting out on an elaborate scavenger hunt and needed to rob the bank to get the keys to remover the bomb from his neck. Was Brian and accomplice or a victim?
