This episode is a bit different. It is a live recording of my livestream I did last Tuesday where I discussed some of the things I witnessed over the weekend at an all girls showcase tournament. 

As we all know, youth soccer (and, soccer in general) is evolving and players are getting more and more skilled as time progresses. The development and skill of youth players today is light years ahead of those before them. 

However, during my time at the all girls showcase tournament, I realized that progress still needs to be made. I spent the weekend jotting down notes of things I noticed and could be improved. 

I discuss the importance of warmups (incorporating the FIFA 11+), approaches to coaching at the youth level, the cause for the fear of failure, and more!
