Second and final part of this tale. Still no conclusion to this story, and I doubt we will ever learn the truth. Without a body, it would be very difficult to prove anything, even with a convincing confession. 

It's easy in hindsight to apportion blame and cast aspersions, but the only ones who know the truth are the ones responsible. And we all believe we know who did it, or what happened. That's what makes this case so intriguing to the armchair detectives.
