Hey True Believers,

we are back after a week off. Being sick is never fun and being sick and missing a show is even worse but I am happy to report that I am feeling much much better! This is another Fight News free show. We've been hearing from some listeners/viewers that they sometimes get a little lost when we cover mma in depth so we have been rolling back from that for several weeks. For all of you fight fans, we will be covering some Fight News next week so hold tight! 

We are broadcasting live on youtube now. We found that not as many people were on facebook and doing the video on youtube gives us greater flexibility with sharing and embedding the video on sites.
