We've probably all experienced them at some time - colleagues who make life that bit more difficult, with whom we find it harder to communicate, or who do things that frustrate us.

What are some things that we can do to make communicating with them or addressing these problems a bit easier?

These tips won't fix all problems, but ultimately we're only responsible for how we communicate or react, so it's worth thinking about that to ensure that we are being constructive - even when it's really hard!
