On this week's Dad's Hour, Mick Coyle and Iain Christie are joined by Helen Holden from Feeling Funny Mums.

Using humour, the Feeling Funny Mums programme aims to:

Improve the confidence and well being of mums

Help mums to recognise they aren't alone in what they are going, or have gone, through

Empower mums to speak more openly about some of the issues they have experienced

Help mums to combat self-discrimination and discrimination and stigma surrounding perinatal mental illness
