If you have reached it this far into our long list of episodes, you'd think you would be a veteran of SDA information right? Well, maybe, and maybe not too!  So in this episode, we have Debbie and Minh sitting down together to talk about the opposite perspective - the reasons not to invest in SDA property. Our podcast channel has talked so much about the 'why where when & how' process of investing in the SDA, but never have we sat back to do the reverse. So here is a fantastic discussion about many reasons why people should not invest in SDA, or why they decided not to proceed with SDA, which we suppose are different reasons, but the same outcome.

Nowadays, there is so much advertising by property marketers on social media, telling everyone about the reasons why  investors should be looking into NDIS property.  It's a bit crazy, to be honest.
