Hans studied Economy at the University of Amsterdam, graduated in 1984 and started working. He worked as Business Analist, Consultant, Projectmanager, Program manager and IT manager, mainly in the Financial Industry. The last 25 years in ING (including NN), in many different functions and (international) assignments. From mid 2015 in an Agile way of working. Hans recently started as a freelance Agile Coach (Scrummaster, Release Train Egineer), to support Agile transformations and teams in other companies.
