Dr. Scott Dulchavsky, CEO of the Henry Ford Innovation Institute and Chairman of Surgery and Surgeon-in-Chief at the Henry Ford Hospital talks about the collaborative approach to innovation that the Institute has taken and shares the successes of the program. We talk about the Institute's processes to yield success as well as some of the work the Institute has done around involving low-income populations to innovate for the future.
