Mentoring and discipleship are essential for the Christian life and yet so many of us don’t know where to start, how to find one, or move some of our relationships into more intentional means for development and growth. Jacki and Lori are back for their second conversation talking about why mentorship is important, how a mentor relationship can go horribly wrong, and the mutual growth that comes from sharing your life with another sister in Christ.
Lori McDaniel is passionate about leading people to delight in God and His Word and activating them to declare his name in all the earth. She is a multifaceted leader, conference speaker, and Bible teacher. Her heart for the nations has led her to over 30 countries working with indigenous leaders and cross cultural workers. She served in Africa as a missionary and worked as Manager of Marketing and Mobilization with the International Mission Board.
She and her husband, Mike, live in Northwest Arkansas where he is the lead pastor of the church they planted. Lori has extensive experience in women’s ministry and church strategy. She holds an MA from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
