Autumn is a police officer, police wife, a college instructor, entrepreneur, published author and spiritual teacher. in 2017 her life changed in a way that she could have never imagined, she suffered a back injury from the job and was told she could never work full time police work again. While her dreams seemed shattered during that time, Autumn leaned on her spiritual practices and dug deep within herself to make a difference in the culture of policing.

She now coaches clients 1:1, teaches how to discover their own spirituality which builds their resiliency to the job as well as consults with police chiefs on how to better the culture within their agencies.
