Join us as we meet Steven Padernacht. Steve is a real estate investor, sales person, property manager, bar owner, author and has been born and raised in The Bronx. Born into a family of three boys, Steve is the youngest. He credits his father for teaching him the importance of honesty and hard work.

Steve is now an associate broker with Keller Williams real estate in the Bronx, and has closed over $30 million worth of transactions in his career and has helped over 200 families find housing. Steve‘s father passed away in 2009 and after that he made it his mission to get the street, Gallo's Place in the Van Cortlandt Village community, renamed after his father - now called Howard E Padernacht Way.

Steve lives life very simply in one sense. This is the golden rule that he was taught when he was younger, treat others as you would want to be treated. In every situation, or every cross road in Steve's life, he uses his father as his angel and guiding voice.
