In business, the impact of culture on a companies' success, is only as good as its strategy is sound. One of the biggest downfalls, is gossip amongst its employees. Gossip leads to negativity, negativity leads to contempt, and contempt leads to floor of an organization falling out from beneath it.

Focus on the good, the clean, and the pure for your employees, and gossip will find its way out the front door.
