Finding more and more of my edges…AND going there, leaning in, letting myself go there and ask questions, to ask for my wants and needs to be met!

I went to town for the first time EVER…and this is me rambling about all the things before, after and during plus a few other bits and pieces and some deep breaths cause that felt good!
