Derek details some of the trial and tribulations he's endured getting his career off the ground, where Derek Hankins ends and Dr. Egon Casanova (his alter ego/stage name) begins, what study Dr. Egon Casanova received his doctorate in, and his greatest creation - String Bean.

Barrett, Josh and Derek get into introspective chats about inspirations, passions, and goals Derek has for his future.
