Duane Whitmer is a congressional candidate for New York's 27th congressional District.  He is the first batch of young Libertarians seeking congressional office since Larry Sharpe's victory gaining ballot access in 2018's gubernatorial run.  Duane is fighting to end the "Status Quo" in D.C.
