Edean Rivera is a woman with many facets. She is a leading engineer for one of the larger construction companies on the islands. She is also a mechanical engineer by training and a seasoned toastmaster. She is also a strong willed, independent, goal setting machine as well as one of my very great friends who agreed to an interview. So imagine my surprise as to where this conversation leads.
