After over 10 years of experience across the health, wellness and educational sectors, I decided it was time to go into business for myself.
From assisting students of all ages, genders, abilities and backgrounds in reaching their goals in educational settings, supporting their wellbeing holistically and guiding them to reach their potential, I develop and facilitate effective wellness programs for workplaces, deliver educational presentations, offer coaching consultations and build The HCA community with the aims of inspiring, educating and uplifting.
I use my knowledge, experience and expertise to guide others in creating and living a healthy, happy and successful life they love using scientific-based techniques and results-driven methodologies.
