Have you ever been in a situation where you were set up and you didn't even realize that it was a set up until you were in the midst of the situation? Well that's what this week's podcast episode was for me. Y'all I had to go do some research on this Founder/CEO/Entrepreneur before I could even agree to do the interview, because I swear I was being punked, but I am so glad that I took the time out to have this conversation, because it taught me so much about the heartbeat of an entrepreneur who is on a mission that is bigger than her and has an opportunity that she isn't wasting.

This week I got to speak with non-other than Ms. Shiloh A Johnson, the CEO of ComplYant. I know most follks are amazed at the fact that she is in the FinTech Space and is representing on so many levels. She truly is helping to set up some ground breaking ways. I am most amazed at the journey she took to bet on herself and the work she took to get to where she is today.

We discussed the formation of the idea; market research; the sacrifices she made; and how she connected with her mentor; how she pays it forward; and how she bets on her team and herself. GO TEAM!!
