People use Valentine's Day as a reminder to tell the person or people they love, they care. What if we extended that ritual to everyday, starting with ourselves and expanding that love to the people around us, what if we lived everyday like it was our last - who would we reach out to, to tell them we love them, who would we kiss goodnight, who would we hug to uplift their spirits, who would we call or text? Opportunities to show we care should come from within, everyday, not just on one day a year.
