This episode examines and helps us understand the complexities of IPV, and identifies how the media and legal systems contribute to IPV today. This subject is incredibly difficult to talk about, and it is necessary to understand as we dismantle power, control, and violence within relationships and society at large. We discuss how women of color and the LGBTQ+ community are disproportionately impacted by IPV, and find ways we can all think differently about support.
