Learning to identify and manage the effects of traumatic experiences can be a life long struggle. In this episode, Jeannine Rashidi spent the first twenty-five years of her life facing her life's events that set her on a course of devastation and disaster. Fortunately, she has spent the remainder of her life so far trying to understand the impact of her life story and working to navigate a path forward that will change what should have been her inevitable ruin.
Jeannine is a counselor, therapist of several disciplines, and a best-selling author. Her book Abundance Beyond Trauma mixes her story together with the work that she has done to help herself and others who have gone through the same sort of experiences and to aid them in changing the outcome of their lives.
