In my meditation journey of almost 5 years, the thing that I have struggled with the most is the flow of thought. I have frequently noticed that the biggest doubt most other people have regarding meditation is 'HOW TO NOT GET DISTRACTED BY THOUGHTS?'. But, this is where the problem lies. And I realized this in practice only recently. Just a small shift in how we look at this situation can totally change the way we understand thoughts and how we lead our life.
