Second, meditation provides a long list of documented and researched benefits. Physical well-being, healing, and physical renewal all come from regular meditation. Emotional stability, elimination of stress and increase in well being also come. Spiritually you create power and connection with the larger universe that we all know is there outside us. Meditation is the key to make this happen.
