Michael's Definition of SUCC-ESS

I firmly believe that success is peace of mind that can be obtained only from the self-satisfaction of knowing that you have made the effort to do the very best of which you are capable. Additionally, I view respect as the ability to strategize together, conquer together, and interchange ideas together, all while standing behind each other, inspiring one another to reach further than others dare to dream of. Trusting one’s instinct requires a willingness to take chances, share outstanding ideas, and risk failure.
