In this episode we explore another one of the emotional regulation skills or ideas from dialectical behavior therapy and that is removing toxic relationships from your life. This is a lifelong skill and challenge but a lot of people in recovery have a lot of other people that should be in recovery in their lives that are wrecking havoc with their mental health.
